Type + Dec. 1991 Haintenance for Automatic thermal control valve (3 ways valve) (1) Inspection; Under the condition of the normal temperature, please inspect the control valve according to the followings. 1, Loosen the lever nut (Pneunatic type? take out Energency stop bolt). 2. Handle the lever 2~3 times, if it moves snoothly or not. 3. If the lever does not move suoothly, overhaul the control valve... (2) Overhaul; Sonetines, on account of the high tonperature of the cooling vater the surface painted in the valve case falls into an irregular face. In this case, the theraal valve is not controled correctly, please overhaul the valve by the under-nentions. 1, Remove the thermal valve out of the valve case. 2. Take out the water being in the valver case. 3. Clean the inside of valve case with a scraper.
