Due to the need to scale up, MOR is currently recruiting specifically for the Da Nang office:

Position: PYTHON DEVELOPER (Junior/ Middle/ Senior)


1. Job Responsibilities:
● Directly engaged in the company's research and development projects of software
products using the Python language.
● Participate in source code design and review.
● Continuously update knowledge, and research new technologies to apply to the
company's work and product development.
● Stay up-to-date on progress and report work status directly to the project manager.

2. Skills and Experience Required:


● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a
related technical field
● At least 3 years or more of experience in programming with Python web frameworks
such as Django, Flask..
● Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
● Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
● Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
● Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, Mako
● Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
● Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
● Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers,
and environments
● Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
● Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
● Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile
vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
● Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SV
● Experience in developing projects using Agile Scrum methodology.
● Being responsible and having a good quality consciousness in work is highly valued.
● Passionate about researching and learning new technologies for self-development.
● Good communication skills in English.
