For iOS 13 and higher: Settings - Accessibility - Touch
Assistive touch: ON Softkey #2 – Short hold is left click
Pointing devices - Device - Bluetooth Devices: Softkey #3 – Long hold is return to drive mode (“M1”)
Search and select “R-net Mouse 1” or “R-net Mouse ”. Softkey #4 - Short hold is right click;
Speed toggle up/down long command = Scroll up/down
