Talent Acquisition Approach..
Philosophy
Triveni Management believes in home grown talent. To build this talent pipeline within, our, philosophy is to identify
and hire the talent through Campus. We recruit Fresh Engineering Graduates from the Mechanical Stream PAN
India. These fresh Engineers are trained in the state of the art In House Learning Center in the Power Domain.
Young Engineers willing to be part of Triveni, should be medically fit and willing to travel extensively to explore
this ever expanding Industry.

On Boarding
• Selected Young Engineers will on board and commencement of training.
• Undergo two years of training with probation period
• First 09 months of training conceptualized, designed and developed by TTL.
• This training includes interactive and classroom programmes, in technical and soft skills.
• These training sessions will help sharpen, strengthen and broaden the technical horizon and behavioral skills, in
empowering the young Engineers to compete with the technologically advancing market.
• This will be followed by ‘On The Job Training ‘for a period of 14 months, before confirmation.

• Commitment: Employment Agreement for 5 years from the date of joining. Details outlined in the online

• Approach & Recruitment Process – As outlined in the recruitment process by the Management
• The Decision at all levels / steps by the Management representatives will be final and implied. No queries &
discussions on the decision shall be entertained.
• Pre Employment Medical Examinations (PME) – On Boarding / Validity of the Offer is subject to clearing the PME
• Background Verification (BGV) – Any adverse report in the BGV, shall lead to disqualification of the Offer
