Character:
Leanne

Friends (Extra: Chynna &Rhiea)
Kumusta ka?
Leanne: I’m doing good in these past few days, the relief of being free of depression and pressures
around me.
Depression? Can you tell us more about your experience with depression?
Leanne : Over a period of about three months, I fell into a deep hole of depression when several
issues came to a head in my life.
(Study hall)
(Flashback)
Leanne : It all began when schoolwork became more challenging. After years of easy grades, I
suddenly had to work harder for them, and the standards got more complex and demanding. After a
while, I gave up trying because I convinced myself that I couldn't do it. I felt lost and confused, having
no notion what I wanted in the future. I'd lost all motivation. I believed that by giving up and avoiding
the difficult things, life would become easier.
Leanne: My feelings got worse, and I went deeper into depression. Despite my smile and smiling
attitude, I was screaming on the inside for someone to notice how unhappy I was.
(Present)
How did you overcome all of your challenges or experiences with depression?
Leanne: The situation started to get better after discussing it with a friend, revealing that people cared
about me. Overcoming depression taught me the importance of challenging times and experiences in
becoming stronger individuals. Despite not knowing my life path, I’ve realized that if you do things
that make you happy, you’ll get somewhere that you want to be, and you’ll find happiness along the
way.
Character:
Jasper
Claire
And after ng break up namin ay
suicide.
(Present)
there in college and he helped me to coped with my depression and he's probably one of the reason
why I'm sitting here infront of you. Naging hang out na rin po namin ang pagwowork out sa gym and
he suggested that I should take a healthy diet and that's when I started to quit drinking alcohol.

: I think I’m feeling okay right now, despite everything that I experience in the past few years.
What challenges did you experience in the past few years? Can you share it?
: Well, I was one of the people who experienced anxiety and panic attacks. Going out of the house is a
challenge because I fear panicking and feel that I'm being watched or judged. It's just horrible. I want
to get help, but I'm afraid of being judged.
Can you tell us more about the anxiety you experienced? And how was it started?
(Flashback)
: You know that feeling when you're rocking on the back legs of your chair and suddenly, for a split
second, you think you're about to fall—that feeling in your chest? Imagine that split-second feeling
being frozen in time and lodged in your chest for hours or days, and imagine with it that sense of
dread sticking around too, but sometimes you don't even know why.
Or Alam mo yung feeling, when you're rocking on the back legs of your chair and suddenly, for a split
second, akala mo babagsak ka na—that feeling in your chest? Imagine that split-second feeling being
frozen in time and lodged in your chest sa loob ng maraming oras o araw, at isipin na kasama nito ang
pakiramdam ng pangamba ay nananatili rin sa paligid, but sometimes you don't even know why.
