Regarding the incident involving the destruction of properties belonging to TRANS Company

Incorporated, a banana plantation situated at Pinamungahan, Cebu, which occurred at

approximately 180545H on July 2023, allegedly perpetrated by the criminal group known as

the 'Acuman Group,' as received by this Office.

Upon receipt of the information through a radio call from Barangay Captain Carillo P. Lucero

of Pinamungahan, Cebu, regarding the cutting of some banana hills of TRANS plantation,

and the burning of one (1) unit SK024 small backhoe, personnel from Pinamungahan Police

Station led by SPO3 Javier G. Giniseran, immediately responded/proceeded to

Pinamungahan, Cebu and conducted ocular inspection investigation thereat.

This office immediately disseminated said information to all police stations for their

appropriate action and further directed them to be on alert and extra vigilant, intensify

intelligence build-up and monitoring to preempt possible diversionary attack or hostile action
of the enemy to other vital installations, police stations, and other government troopsSpecial Report in Memorandum
