 Very Brief introduction of organization where training is going on.
 One page briefing of work shown in last evaluation
 Introduction of activities/Project done after previous evaluation
 Brief Introduction of technology/tools used for the activities
 Diagramtic representation; ie DFD, ER Diagram, Flowchart, State diagram, etc, which is
well suited to your work/organization; of work (activity(ies))
 Brief introduction of Survey or study of existing System
 In the introduction part, the applicant may briefly describe what the previous stages of the
work.
 Paragraphs must be justified.
 Line spaceing must be of 1.5 points.
 Paper size used must be A4.
 All the contents must be included in to file after seeking permission from the
organization (Team leader/Project Leader/CEO etc. which ever is applicable).

work for which you are doing tasks)

3. Short Briefing: Activities performed by you till previous evaluation

4. Hardware/Software Requirements

5. Design

a. It includes diagrammatic representation of the task/activity/Subtask.

b. DFD, ER Diagram, Flowchart, State diagram, etc, which is well suited to your
work/organization; of work (activity(ies))
c. Interface Design (if any)
d. Data base Scheme (if any)

6. Detailed Description of New Functionality(ies) added or activity(ies) underwent

7. Code or Algorithm(if possible)

8. Bugs Reports (if any)

9. References (Try to incorporate them in IEEE style)
