Rationale DepEd Order No. 13 s. 2023 highlights the
importance of National Learning Recovery Program
Activities which is anchored in MATATAG Agenda
in addressing learning loss by enhancing the
classroom assessment as it makes the curriculum
relevant in producing competent learners of
tomorrow. One way of preparing our learners in
acquiring the skill necessary for tomorrow’s
preparation is employing assessment aligned in
the competency. This is also beneficial in
preparation for the International Large-Scale
Assessments and National Standardized Test like
National Achievement Test.

Objective(s)/Outcome(s) This LAC plan is designed to achieve the following
objectives:
1. To identify the skill of every learning
competency and its corresponding type of
assessments; and
2. To align the skill of the competency to the
crafted assessment.
