ABOUT US
As we all know, Skill development is the process of improving specific skills to be more efficient and effective when you perform a task.
In the workplace, you’ll find three main types of skill development:
• Upskilling: Improving your skills in your current role
• Cross-skilling: Learn new skills for your current role
• Reskilling: Learning new skills so you can move to a new role

However, you don't have to be part of a workplace program to develop your skills further. You might be a college learner working
towards a degree, unhappy with your current job, wanting to apply to a new company, or desiring a promotion. You can also develop
your skills for personal reasons, such as improving your confidence or improving a hobby you enjoy. You can make your dream come true
at Pratibha Skill Development Center.

OBJECTIVES
1. To empower the youth of the country with adequate skill sets that will enable their employment in relevant sectors and
also improve productivity.
2. To impart practical skills, hands-on training, soft skills, etc. to enhance the employability of students.

3. To build a sense of self belief among the vulnerable unemployed youth through sustainable employment opportunities.

4. To disseminate knowledge and appropriate skill practices through recognized systems of training, testing and
certification to testing and certification to validate competency levels. validate competency levels.

5. To diversify existing skill development programs to meet today’s challenges.

MESSAGE FROM THE MANAGEMENT

Dear Aspirants,

Making India as the Skill capital of the world, we at Pratibha Skill Development Center strive to transform the lives of the students/
trainees and provide the industry with skillful talent, who are not only sensitive towards protecting the environment, but also passionate
to contribute meaningfully towards the society upliftment. To facilitate and support this motive, we constantly seek to create an
enriching educational environment where innovative thinking becomes a way of life. This learning environment is intrinsically clubbed
with the best in infrastructure, to the latest in technology, to the most research oriented experienced talented faculty and numerous
Academia Corporate Interface programs.

This collaborative initiative will make students directly encounter real life situations which will challenge their KSA's (Knowledge, Skills
and Abilities) and allow them the flexibility to react to emerging situations, rather than merely thinking about the encounter and
approach seeks to mould young men and women into successful role models.
