• Responsible for direct oversight and management for two of the top twenty healthcare
hospital systems across the nation.
o Primary MSP provider, contingent staffing
o Travel RN’s, Allied and Locum HCP placements ($200M + spend)
• Developed and cultivated system-wide relationships with key facility stakeholders, from
staffing office to C-Suite, to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
based around MSA
• Fostered a team environment focused on client satisfaction, through implementation of best
practices which measured around performance and service delivery
• Created operational efficiencies based around each client’s overall needs, regionally and
within each facility, to support over 190 client sites
o Built playbooks/SOP’s for operationally sound support, to help PMO team and
