PROPOSAL TO ESTABLISH A DIGITAL MARKETING

SYSTEM

ABSTRACT:
Any marketing that uses electronic devices and can be used by marketing
specialists to convey promotional messaging and measure its impact through your
customer journey. In practice, digital marketing typically refers to marketing
campaigns that appear on a computer, phone, tablet, or other device. It can take
many forms, including online video, display ads, search engine marketing, paid
social ads and social media posts. Digital marketing is often compared to
“traditional marketing” such as magazine ads, billboards, and direct mail. Oddly,
television is usually lumped in with traditional marketing.

INTRODUCTION:
1.1PURPOSE
This is a proposal to establish a new digital marketing system for the Ministry
of Tourism. This is to make our Visit Nepal 2024 much effective and global
reach to promote our country’s tourism as suggested in this proposal.

1.2PROBLEMS

1.2.1 Poor reach to tourists


A lot of visiting tourists have complained that they could not have access to
enough information regarding travel expenses, restrictions and the best
deals at hotels and restaurants. Many of them were just aware of Mount
Everest and Lumbini only and only after being in Nepal they found out it
had a lot to offer.

1.2.2 Loots by Hotel managers


A number of tourists found themselves paying high prices for a normal
item. A lot of hotels overcharged the foreigners and it led to having a
negative attitude towards our tourism. Due to lack of proper information
and access to information this problem arise.

1.2.3 Lack of proper planning


A lot of homestays and hotels complained that they didn’t knew how much
the tourist flow was going to be and the hyper flow of tourists caused them
to receive poor quality services as there was no pre-planning. The ability to
receive quality service at the same price has diminished.

DISCUSSION:
2.1 Implementation of an Integrated Digital System
Since a lot of confusion and lack to access to information has been surfacing
time and again, it is imperative to resolve this as soon as possible. In order to
obtain the full benefit, you need to establish an integrated system combining 3
elements, Government, Tourist and Services to receive. In this integrated system,
not only the access of information shall be provided, but a large scale marketing
would be done. Our Visit Nepal 2024 shall be a huge success. In this integrated
system, the visiting person shall have to insert their details and theirs interest
upon travelling. The hotel services, Cab fares and every tiny details of each tourist
destination shall be available to access out there. The tourists can even choose
pre-booking options for the services they require. Every bit of services, features
and attraction of the nation shall be updated there and the upcoming tourists can
browse through them as per their interests. This will lead all the three parties to
execute better qualitative plans in accordance to tourist flow.
2.2 Technical description
Our propriety approach leads to greater information flow on a global scale,
heightened visibility to the investor community and increased investor traffic to
the client’s website. Our technical aspects would be:
i. Direct to consumer digital marketing
We raise promotions through multiple media channels including
internal e-mail, newsletters, and search display, social and native ads.

ii. Social Media Audience expansion


We enhance the social media growths via tailor made landing pages,
social media pages, ads and posts.
iii. Outbound Call Center
An affiliated division with a dedicated group of agents trained to
make outbound calls to an extensive database of investment
advisors, retail brokers and accredited investors on our behalf.

2.3 Qualifications and experience


Star digital private limited has been the nation’s top leader in digital
marketing. We were established at 2057 BS by a group of 3 peoples. We have
been progressing ever since updating our integrated system and ideas. We have
had an international reputation in the field of digital services.
In 2065, Star Digital private limited introduced the 1 st automatic marketing
bot in the country. This bot was named “Osman” and it could do standard tailored
marketing on basis of the amount spend and criteria fed. This was a big break for
our company and it led us to have various international contracts.
We are located in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Our server company alone
employs about 350 people. The regional sales and services as well as Support
service offices are located throughout Nepal.

University, 2013) has worked at Star Digital Services Private Limited since 2014.
He has specialized in working as a Server expert and developing new technical
ideas for digital marketization. He has supervised many development teams and
interns and was our lead specialist in National Digitization Convention:
Anton Chekov
Anton Chekov (M.E, Combat Engineering, London University, 2014)
has worked on Star Digital Services Private Limited since 2014. He has been our
key developer in technical equipment’s and their storage facilities. The ideas he
brings up in storage and maintenance of technical equipment’s is truly
remarkable. His responsibility is to ensure that every of our technical equipments
are kept in outstanding working conditions.

2.6 Conclusion
The Ministry of Tourism will have more tourist growth in a global scale. Its
system would attract far more tourists. The advertisements shall be done across
mobile and desktop platforms. There would be frequent in-channel and cross-
channel optimizations. Adding to it, more tourist flow shall be in the nation
promoting our tourism industry qualitatively.
