Questions to be addressed during screening resume & validating :-

 Verify candidate’s SAP Basis skills on ABAP and Java Stacks.


 Number of Migration projects delivered, and numbers of systems migrated by the
consultants.
 Explain full cycle of migration projects.
 They should explain – Prerequisites steps on Source and target , migration run time
and Post migration steps.
 They should explain sap migration tools – SWPM , DMO
 Any issues that the candidate has faced while migrating and how does he resolve it.
 What are the migration methods used by the candidates in their projects?
 Ask questions on DB expertise – HANA DB , Oracle DB

How SAP Migration works and what are the tools that the candidate has used.
 Explain 1 lifecycle of migration project.
 Activities in source & target system.
 What was the migration run time.
 What do you do in pre & post migration task.
 Working experience in ABAP or Java stacks. ( Either one experience is mandate)
 Which system he has worked on.
 What is table splitting.
 Export & import methods.
 Any issues that the candidate has faced while migrating and how does he resolve it.
 What are the tools used for migration.
