1. Aubrey B. Mvule – Project Manager whose role was to record meeting minutes
2. Roosevelt Nthenda was the quality assurance manager who was an overseer of site
design testing and was responsible for creating the shows page

4. Upile Njinga – Was responsible for creating the weather page

Evaluation of Product and Process
The task for the group was to implement a web site for a chosen broadcasting company.
In this case, Aljazeera website was chosen after analysing different broadcasting sites.
Although the group had some limitations to the knowledge of SharePoint, the end product
was a success.

This was developed by Marvellous Stambuli and the page matches with Aljazeera’s
page only that the original Aljazeera page is in their contacts page
• Program schedule
This was developed by Marvellous Stambuli and the page matches with Aljazeera’s
page only that the original Aljazeera page contains a banner of calendar section on top
which we did not manage to accomplish.

• Shows page was done by Roosevelt Nthenda and it almost
resembled the Aljazeera page.

work but it nly missed out contents bottom of page.

This was cloned by Upile Njinga. This page came out good although
there were some differences with original page as color of weather tags
mismatched and no search functionality was added as it is with Aljazeera.

• Aubrey B Mvule
Attended most of our meeting, he was punctual enough, contributed very
good work to the group, always making sure we meet, he was a bit efficient
and his commitment was average. But because of some issues, he was not
able to contribute to the site development.
• Roosevelt Mnthenda
Always present, always punctual, raise ideas for the team, he produced
quality work for the group, a bit efficient and was had an average commitment
for group work
• Harry Goliyo
Attended most of our meeting, missed out on one, not fully punctual, he gave
us a good work on the site design, was a bit efficient and had an average
commitment.
• Upile Njinga
Attended most of our meetings and missed out on one, always punctual, gave
us an excellent work, efficiency was not that good and had an average team
commitment
• Marvellous Stambuli
Missed out on one meeting but always punctual when present, produced a
quality work, efficient enough and the commitment was not so good.
• Cliff Mnduwira
Attended some meetings and missed out on some, when around he was
punctual, he produced a very quality work, though some times he was away
but was efficient enough and commitment was above average.

Self - Evaluation
As a team member I made sure that contributions to the group were made
and whenever there was need for my presence, I made sure to be there.
I worked very hard to make sure the work I was assigned by my fellow group
members was a success and this yielded benefits. From this group work, I
learned working as a group and my confidence was boosted.
