Our topic for this essay was iOS and Android operating system, how they preform, what

are the differences and our opinion. Through this essay I will be talking about my personal

experience with Android and iOS operating systems and giving my opinion, as well as my

peer’s.

A mobile software system designed and produced by Apple Inc. specifically iOS. The

software system operates many of the mobile devices of the corporate, including iPhone and

iPod Touch; versions running on iPads were also included within the term before the name of

iPadOS was introduced with version 13 in 2019. After Android, it's the second most installed

mobile software worldwide. Three other Apple operating systems are supported it: iPadOS,

tvOS, and watchOS. it's proprietary software, while Apple Public Source and other licenses

license parts of its open-source software.

Android is a mobile software system that's mainly developed for mobile touchscreen

devices like smartphones and tablets. a bunch of developers called the Open Smartphone

Alliance, which is financially funded by Google. It had been launched, in September 2008, the

primary commercial Android device was released. Most Android devices, however, come pre-

installed with proprietary apps, particularly Google Mobile Services (GMS), which has

fundamental applications like Google Chrome, the digital distribution platform for Google Play,

and therefore the platform for service creation. associated with Google Play.
iOS limitations and benefits

I conducted a survey and sent it to my peers. The surveys topic is iOS and Android

operating system. Their preferences, operating system’s limitations as well as benefits.

As we can see here, I would say that all of the people using iOS system are pretty happy

with what they have and 46.2% gave it the best grade which is really good. The best features of

iOS are: its camera quality, storage and speed.

When it comes to its limitations, I would say that my peers had something to say. From

the previous question we could see that my peers really liked the battery life, but now we have

them saying that it is one of its biggest flaws. Besides battery life many said storage and

affordability are one of the biggest flaws, and I would agree.

In order to say the benefits and limitations of something I need some opinions from my

peers, so I had a survey on which they said what they think about Android.

When I asked how were people satisfied with android most of them are not as satisfied

and the average grade was a 4. Which is not that perfect.

 On the other hand, there were many limitations as well. People were the least satisfied

with its speed and camera quality, and design.

I have been using iOS and Android phones and I can proudly say that Android phones are

much better for me. iOS systems are a bit complicated and too techy, and too expensive. The

only difference is the camera quality at iOS systems, but Android is getting equally if not better

camera quality for less money and I think that is great. The thing that iOS has is more security. I

would say that face recognition steams are perfect for iOS and for Android not so much. Often

my face will not get recognized while, on iOS I would get recognized in an instant and would

unlock the phone. On top of that it is impenetrable to get into to the phone without face

recognition, or a password. While day many people found ways to get into Android phones
without passwords, so I would like that to be better when it comes to Android phones. The thing

that helps Androids is its batter life, Android perfected the batter life and new phones can last 2

days without being charged, unlike iOS phones, which lose their battery in the cold. It happens

many times to me that I left the house with 100% and didn’t use it, but I was outside in the cold

and when I check it its either turned off or at 1%. Overall, I would say that both of these phones

have bad and good sides, but I will stick with my Android because they are simpler to use,

preform good or even better than iOS and are more affordable. I would also like to say that while

buying iOS you don’t buy the phone but other perks that come with it like the camera quality,

and the actually name. If you want to buy a phone a good phone which you can use every day

buy android, but if you want a phone that has perfect camera, or perfect face recognin buy iOS.

PowerPoint

PowerPoint app used for many things, but mainly for making good presentations.

Opening the PowerPoint app and clicking „Blank presentation “, will get you to the actual place

where you will be creating your presentation. As you enter at the top of your screen you will see

„Tab “which are all of the adjustments that your presentation will need. Each tab has its own

specific setting. They are organized by groups. Few of these have a launch button, placed in the

square of the group, and what that does is basically give you more adjustments for a certain

group.

Moviemaker

Moviemaker, an app that is used for making your own video. To add a picture, you need

to look at the top where you will see a square in which it says “add a video” or “add a file”. After

that your videos/photos will appear, you can see all of them and can adjust them. You could see

and picks its duration, contrast, and many more options. If you want to cut the video, the first

thing you should do is to zoom out and see the whole segment then double-click it and select the

part you want to cut. After selecting it, click on the scissor’s icon (“Split”) and divide it into two,

select the one you want to get rid of, and just press the trash icon (“Remove”).

Conclusion

Everybody has their preferences and what they want on a phone. Personally, I like

androids over iOS because it is cheaper and better for me, and everybody should appreciate

others opinions. In the next stage of the project is ill be using this information.
