VI. Implementation
Our skincare business operations will kick off during the summer season, catering to a wide range of
customers, including students and individuals who have been exposed to the sun. Summer is a time
when many students are on break or have more free time, making it an ideal opportunity for them to
pay attention to their skincare routine. Additionally, people who spend more time outdoors during the
summer, such as beachgoers or outdoor enthusiasts, are more likely to be exposed to the sun's harmful
UV rays. By starting our operations during this season, we can provide these individuals with skincare
products that offer sun protection, hydration, and nourishment. Our goal is to help students and sun-
exposed individuals maintain healthy and radiant skin throughout the summer months. While summer
brings specific skincare concerns related to sun exposure, our products are formulated to address a
wide range of skincare needs that are relevant year-round. Whether it's providing hydration,
nourishment, anti-aging benefits, or addressing specific skin concerns, our products are crafted to
meet the diverse needs of our customers regardless of the season.
Objectives
• Provide effective solutions
• Enhance skin health
• Cater to diverse skin types and concerns
• Promote natural and sustainable practices
• Educate and empower customers
During the opening of our skincare business in Quezon City, we will implement plans and actions to
ensure a successful launch and smooth flow of operations. Firstly, we will choose a strategic location
within Quezon City that is easily accessible to our target customers. This will increase foot traffic and
make it convenient for people to visit our store.
To create buzz and attract customers during the opening phase, we will engage in local marketing
initiatives. This may include distributing flyers or brochures in nearby establishments, partnering with
local influencers or beauty bloggers for promotional collaborations, and utilizing social media
platforms to spread the word about our business.
In terms of operations, we will focus on training our staff to provide excellent customer service. They
will be knowledgeable about our products, able to answer customer questions, and offer personalized
recommendations. We will also ensure that our store is well-organized, with clear product displays
and easy navigation for customers to explore our offerings.
To maintain a smooth flow of operations, we will carefully manage inventory, ensuring that popular
