    Dear Parent/Guardian,

    In Term 3, the children in FS2 have the opportunity to visit the ‘Splash ‘n’ Party’ play facility
    in Jumeirah, which will enable the children to further develop their water confidence.

    There will be a range of water activities, including slides and splash pads. Both the school and
    the facilities staff will be supervising at all times and all water areas are supervised by
    lifeguards. Children will also play party games and eat lunch while they are there.

    We will leave school at 8.30am and will be back at school by 12.45pm.

    The trip will take place over four days. Please note the date of your child’s trip:

    Monday 22nd April: FS2A, FS2C, FS2D, FS2L


    Tuesday 23rd April: FS2G, FS2I, FS2M, FS2N
    Wednesday 24th April: FS2F, FS2H, FS2J
    Thursday 25th April: FS2B, FS2E, FS2K

    Children should come to school wearing their swimming kit, with shorts and a t-shirt or rash
    vest over the top, as appropriate. They should also wear either flip-flops, crocs or pool
    shoes. Shorts, tops and swimming attire should not have zips or buttons and should be
    proper swimwear. Sun cream should be applied at home before sending your child to
    school.

    Children will need to bring a towel, underwear and their PE kit to change into following the
    water play. All children must have hats and water bottles.

    Please complete and sign the permission form below and return it to your child’s class
    teacher. The cost of this trip is 100Dhs. Please could payment be made via the parent portal.
    The payment portal opens on Tuesday 12th March and payment cannot be made before this
    date. Tuesday 16th April is the final day for payment and money cannot be accepted after
    this date.

    Registered first aiders will be attending the trip for the Health and Safety of your son or
    daughter. Please advise of any relevant medical information that will be of assistance. For any
    specific medical conditions, you must provide the relevant medication in a named sealed bag
    and provide to the first aider on the morning of the trip. Once the trip has been completed,
    you must collect the medication from the first aider at the end of the day.

    Alternatively, if you have provided specific equipment to the clinic for your child ie epipen,
    please indicate if you would like the first aider to obtain the equipment from the Clinic. This
    will be returned to the clinic at the end of the trip by the first aider.

    Please provide any specific medical information for your child:

    I give permission for the first aider to use the equipment provided to the clinic for this
    day trip.

    I will provide the necessary equipment separately on the morning of the trip in a
    named sealed bag and collect at the end of the day.
