Hello! Now it's time for you to do the Task for this week. I invite you to check the instructions below. Remember that if you need to review a topic,
you can always go back as many times as you need. Keep in mind that you will present this homework during your class according to your
schedule.

1. Lesson Outcome
Through this activity, students record a video about their personal information and preferences using the grammar and vocabulary learned in
the English 1 course.

2. Description
Step 1: Think about personal information you can include in the video. Some questions that you can answer are:
What’s your name?
Where are you from?
Where do you live?
How old are you?
What do you like?

Step 2: Look at the vocabulary to use in the answers and include the grammar tense according to the questions.
Use the Present Simple tense
Use the verb to be in first person (“I”).
Use “like” to talk about your preferences.
Use the affirmative form, negative form and questions.
Use coordinating conjunctions (and, but, so)
Use the vocabulary about likes and dislikes.
Step 3: Write your presentation as a draft.
Practice the pronunciation and intonation of the sentences and questions.
Remember to answer the questions in complete form.
Choose a video program to record the task.
Remember to speak naturally, don’t read your prepared notes.
Step 4: It’s time to record your video. Remember: in your presentation, avoid using Yes/No answers. Say complete sentences (Subject + verb +
complement).
