3. General comments
Why should the applicant be considered for a Scholarship?
I am very pleasure to write this recommendation letter in support of Muhammad Taqwir Alqadri’s application for admission to your Master Program. He is a sincere
and promising student of our institution. I am his lecturer for Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University, Makassar. Beside also as his
supervisor apprentice and final project to finish his undergraduate degree in our college. I have known him much in my capacity as a lecturer and as his supervisor.
Therefore, I am the one who very recommended him to carry on his Master Program overseas.

As a lecturer, I knew him such other students at the time. I mean, he always tried to develop own himself in every my classes. He's quite autonomous student to
finish all exercises in both of my subjects, invariably well prepared for his lecturers and quite attentive and field question with ease. In my capacity as a supervisor for
his apprentice and final project, I am so brave to judge him as an independent student. At the time, he took his trainee place in PT. Adhi Prima Mandiri Persada for 2
months. I was so proud with his project reporting. I am sure that not only me, but also his supervisor in PT. Adhi Prima Mandiri Persada too. He could describe the
project in his result presentation and in report written very well. Of course He got the best value for his apprentice. Depending on the quality as he had, I referenced
own myself to be his supervisor final project directly on him. Because I knew that he would make as the best as he could. Yes, certainty he did it. I loved the result of
his project. He could analyze his research in transportation engineering pretty good. He could learn his research fast and quite well in written scientific. Both
capabilities are very important in academic surely and had made his research published in Journal of Computer Science in Indonesia.

I believe that he still needs much knowledge. I am sure that he can make some efforts for his improvements. That is why l suggested him to take his Master Program
abroad. Because live and study abroad will be very different if he just taking in Indonesia. It's not only knowledge, but also insight and perception. I want to look him
making some improvements for our institution especially for our students. He still needs much experience in lecturing, exploring, researching, and writing. So I believe
that in your master program he can leam much to be brought to his institution here, and his life. I am so expecting that you will consider my reference written for him
that he can join to your master program.
