    I began my career in architecture as an intern at Artline office, where I gained valuable experience working on a variety of projects. After my
    internship, I was offered a position and worked for 2 years, contributing to the success of several major projects. My current role as an architect
    at IMAR Trading and Contracting involves creating detailed shop drawings, BOQs, and as-built drawings. Proficient in utilizing software programs
    such as AutoCAD and Rhino-Grasshopper, I create intricate designs and detailed drawings with ease. With a strong understanding of building
    codes, construction techniques, and project management principles, I am confident that I can bring value to any project I work on.

    IMAR Lebanon 01/11/2022 - Present
     Produced detailed shop drawings for the Rosewood Manor Club fit-out project in Qatar, including screed layout, flooring, reflected
    ceiling, elevations, and details according to IFC drawings,specifications and MEP reports.
     Created comprehensive as-built drawings for Lusail 6-stars hotel (Raffles Hotel) in Qatar, covering public areas and guest rooms. These
    drawings were developed based on detailed analysis of shop drawings, surveyor’s report, and joinery sub-contractor drawings.

     Prepared the Bill of Quantities for Lusail Towers project in Qatar, including detailed quantities for flooring, ceiling, partitions, and furniture.

     Managed multiple design projects including client interface, design development and execution of residential villas.
     Coordinated the architectural design with other disciplines along with the engineering consultants and specialists.
