Description
Banana Leaf is a multi-awarded international restaurant that has been introducing Southeast
Asian cuisine to Filipino diners since 2001. They offer authentic delights from modern
Malaysian, Singaporean, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, and Indonesian cuisines. Banana Leaf is
known for its quality and authenticity in bringing the flavors of Southeast Asian countries to the
Philippines.
History
Since inception, it has been our mission to acquire authentic ingredients from the cuisine origin
specific to every dish we serve in order to ensure consistent and high quality food; sustain a
roster of highly-skilled expatriate master chefs who have been trained and immersed in the
traditions of their home countries and who truly specialize in their respective cuisines to
maintain focus and utmost constancy in served dishes; deliver a unique, satisfying and
memorable dining experience through an atmosphere of contemporary tropical Asian designs
along with excellent customer service at an exceptionally affordable cost so that everyone can
enjoy a taste of true Southeast Asian cuisine.
Banana Leaf has not only built a remarkable platform on which Filipinos can learn extensively
about and appreciate a wide range and combination of native cuisines from all over the region,
but has also equally enhanced the Filipino dining experience through our mission to bring
together only the best ingredients along expertise in the kitchen in order to deliver the quality
and taste that sets us apart.
We are proud that we serve as the destination where people can share and experience all the
many terrific tastes the region has to offer, and we hope to continue to build, grow, and uphold
this reputation in the many years to come.
We ultimately hope that we can continue to inspire Filipinos to learn about the different cultures
of this beautiful region through the exotic tastes of Southeast Asian cuisine discovered only at
Banana Leaf.
