'Sawubona' means "I see you" and 'Sikona' means "I
am here."

What I Learned:
Seeing and hearing others shows we care.

Every person wants to be recognized and


understood.

By saying "I see you", we make people feel loved


and important.

'Umngqusho' is a traditional dish requiring time and
patience to prepare.

What I Learned:
Good things take time. Patience can make
results even sweeter.

Every step in a journey has its own value.
