Moksha as the ultimate end of life.

Unit – IV Yoga for social and personal development
Social development; Yama
Personal development; Niyama
Yoga for the development of body and mind
Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara.

Unit – V Yoga and spiritual development
Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi – Concept of Samyama –
Siddhis – Samadhi – Sampramjata and asamprajnata
Samadhi – Sabija and Nirbija Samadhi.
