Today, everybody wants to be healthy and in shape. In Africa, few
people know what they should do to keep healthy. Sometimes, when they go to
hospital, they cannot explain the real cause of their bad condition. There are some

diseases that people can easily avoid by observing hygiene rules. So, washing
hands before eating, keeping one’s environment clean, drinking clean water may
help to stay healthy. ‘’Prevention is better than cure’’ because people spend
ban
enough money when they are sick and go to hospital. Very often, doctors and
nurses give advice about hygiene rules at hospital but few people follow these
rules. If you ask patients why they didn’t wash hands after toilet, they will tell you
that they forgot. Then, a simple fact of forgetting washing hands can provoke
stomachache or diarrhea.
A good health also depends on the food you eat. You need to eat well.
When you are sick, you should go to see a doctor.
Physical activities provide a good condition for the body. So, exercise
regularly and you will be healthy.
