Configuring a row to remain on screen

View>Freeze-Panes

Sum the values in a given range that match a specified criteria

Formatting Data as a table

select any cell > Format as table

Creating a pivot table

select any cell > Insert > Pivot Table

Text wrapping
Used to automatically change cell height in order to allow all
of the text to fit inside.
