    Dear Sir,

    We, M/s. NOVA Systems Engineering L.L.C. do hereby confirm and provide a warranty for the material
    supplied as per below mentioned details.

    We warranty the system, material/product mentioned for a period of three calendar years from the date of
    issue of Taking Over Certificate. This warranty will cover all defective works, where failure has been caused by
    faulty materials and workmanship.

    In case of failure, we take complete responsibility to provide corrective actions and/or replacement of the
    same at owner's convenience at no additional cost to the satisfaction of the owner and the main contractor.
    Provided that system/equipment /material is not damaged by the improper use or interference by others.

    This warranty is signed and stamped on April 4, 2024, and is valid for a period of three calendar years from
    the date of issue of taking over certificate of the building, subjected to the terms and conditions stated above.

    This warranty shall be interpreted according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
