    TESDA ORDER

    SUBJECT: Participation of TESDA Officials in the Page 1 of 1 page/s


    K-STAR Partnership Program for Skills Number OM , Series of
    Development in Korea 2023

    In the interest of the service and in line with the Authority's Staff Development Program, the
    following TESDA Officials are hereby authorized to participate in the "K-STAR Partnership
    Program for Skills Development" sponsored by the Human Resources Development service of
    Korea (HRDK) on October 12 to 20, 2023 (inclusive of travel time) at the Global Institute for
    Transferring Skills (GIFTS) of HRDK, Republic of Korea:

    They shall attend the program on official time. The HRDK will cover the costs for economy
    flight tickets, accommodations, meals, domestic transportation, interpreters while the travelling
    expenses such as the pre-travel allowance, allowable percentage of daily subsistence allowance
    (DSA) based on the prevailing UNDP rate and travel insurance shall be chargeable against the
    available fund of the respective office/operating unit of the participant, subject to availability of funds
    and usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations

    Likewise, they are required to submit the following post-training requirements:

    I. Within fifteen (15) working days after the completion of the program:

    a. Copy of certificate of attendance and all the learning materials; and


    b. Terminal and Re-Entry Action Plan (TREAP) on the application of knowledge/ skills
    acquired from the training programme in the workplace.

    II. Six (6) months after the attendance to the program:

    a. Training and Development Outcome Report; and


    b. Evidence/Documentation on the conduct of the REAP.

    This Order shall take effect as indicated.
