Definition of Electronic Communication.

According to Tarun Agarwal (2019) this type of communication is extremely powerful. Thus, this is all
about electronic communication principles which include immediate messaging, websites, social
networking voicemail, e-mail, and text messaging. This communication has changed completely the way

open. Subject lines like ‘hello” or “meeting” are vague and make it difficult to know what the
email will be about.

A recipient is the name of the person receiving the message. For example, you are the recipient
of all e-mails you receive.
The To field is often used as a subtle way to indicate the primary parties responsible for
an email; in other words, you expect a response from them. Including someone in the CC line
tacitly implies that you don’t require a response from them. It’s an easy way to let people off the
hook.
Carbon copy (cc or c.c.) refers to the process of sending a copy of an email message to
one or more recipients. It is used in Internet-based email communication systems to
simultaneously broadcast or address multiple email addresses.
BCC means blind carbon copy. It is an email field that allows a message to be sent to other
recipients without showing their email addresses.The BCC field is similar to the CC field, but when BCC is
used, the e-mail addresses are hidden. The BCC field appears below the CC field when composing a new
message.
