A. Create User
- This function enables the System Administrator Maker user to create users for the
company and set roles for other users.

5. Enter all the required details on the Add User Account page.
OTHER DETAILS:
• Contact Number – user’s registered mobile number to receive the initial password and succeeding One Time Pin
(OTP). Input the complete phone number with country code and mobile number without the plus (+) sign.
Should not contain dialing prefixes such as 0 or 00.
• Email Address – user’s registered email address to receive notification. This is also where the Company ID and
User ID for Digibanker will be sent

Important Note: This is a mandatory step. Failure to assign roles level will restrict the user to create/verify/ approve
transactions in Digibanker.

7. Assign the Roles Level for the user being created. Tick the radio button beside the role.
Important Note: This is a mandatory step. Please select one role per user only.
Example: If the created user is a Maker, select ‘Maker’ on the radio button selection
Notes:
➢ To enable to user to view balances and summary of enrolled account number/s, click the check box
beside the ‘General’ field.
➢ Verifier and Releaser is currently not supported in DigiBanker 2.0

The following are the user roles that may be assigned to a user:
* Verifier and Releaser roles are not yet available in DigiBanker 2.0. The default workflow set-up for Digibanker is
Maker – Authorizer. After the Maker user creates a transaction, it will be automatically be queued to the Authorizer
user for approval.

8. On the selection box under Roles Section, click the applicable service/s that will be available to the
user then click on Add button.

Important Note:
• To enable to user to view balances and summary of enrolled account number/s, select
‘Account Services’* and ‘Cash_General’** on the selection box of applicable service/s.
*Account Services – This will allow user to view account’s details, status and balance, Viewing and downloading
of Account statement
**Cash_General – Displays the dashboard on the home page after login. The dashboard will display transactions
that are pending for approval.

9. All added service/s will then be transferred to the bottom box. Validate correctness and completeness
then click Submit

11. The request will now be pending for approval of System Administrator Checker.

A. Approve/Reject/Return Users
- This function enables the System Administrator Checker user to approve, reject or
return user/s created or modified by System Administrator Maker.

3. On the List of Users Account Page, click on the question mark “?” icon beside the user for approval.

Important Note:
Once enrolled users have been approved by the System Administrator Checker, user credentials (i.e., Company ID and
User ID) will be sent to user’s registered e-mail address while initial password will be sent to user’s registered mobile
number.
