Key Concepts/ In giving the place value of a digit in a number up to 10 000:

The place value of a digit is always 10 times as great as the place value of the digit to its
right.
1. Objectives:

2. Give activity I-B on p.11 of LM as a review.

3. Form 3 groups with five members.
Give each group four number cards.
