This guide explains how to unbann your APEX LEGENDS account step by step.

The guide is based of a erlier version by 0x9f so credit to him!!!

This guide requires you to visit the EA LIVE CHAT.

In order for this Method to work you are going to pretend to the live support that
you got HACKED.

FAQ:
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I TRY THIS METHOD?
- you have about 3 trys in EA SUPPORT otherwise the account is lost for good.

DOES THIS WORK 100%?


- NO!!!! its like a 80-90% chance to get unbanned.

STEPS:
1. Close Origin/EA APP/STEAM.
2.[VPN] Use a VPN and log in to your EA account on thier Website.
3.[VPN] Change the important information on your EA account.
3.1 Change country.
3.2 Change language.
3.3 Change e-mail.
3.4 remove 2FA (two factor autentification).
3.5 remove phone number.
3.6 Change password.
3.7 change account name.
3.8 (optional) remove liked steam and change security codes.
4.[VPN] Go ingame and trigger the ban-message by trying to queue into a ranked
match.
5. Close the game.
6. Wait like 1-2h.
7. Now simulate some failed login attempts for your ea account with your real IP.
8. Go EA LIVE SUPPORT and open a ticket on APEX LEGENDS hacked account. (you can do
this without logging in the Website)
9.There comes your story. Tell them something like "I wanted to play after long
time Apex today with my friends but I could not login into my account."
10. Tell them your password was changed. So you needed to reset your password in
order to have access to it.
11. Also tell them your Name has changed.
12. Tell them that many things changed on your account but you weren't even playing
yourself.
13. Support will probably ask you to verify ownership of your account by sending a
6-digit verification code to your email. Give them the code. Also might want you to
reset your password through a link, just do it.
14. Ask the supporter if he can check your account so he can check what happened.
15. If you did everything right, the supporter should tell you that your account
was compromised/hacked. That's what you want to hear! It's a big W if they say
that.
16. Now be some emotional, tell him something like "why would anyone ever do
this??? I just wanted to play Apex with my friends but now some hacker ruined it
all. Please help me I'm almost crying...".
17. Supporter will probably redirect the case to the ToS-Team. Now it's about
waiting.
18. You will recive a awnser within 2-3 business days.
19. Once you're unbanned, you should receive a mail saying "suspicious activity"
and shit and they want you to reset your password for safety reasons. Grats, it's
unbanned.
Now few notes (BY 0x9f):

- Being emotional helps when the supporter is not a complete robot and able to
feel. Some supporters put a helpful additional note to the case before redirecting
it to the ToS. This will help alot and increase the chance for your unban.

- You always act clueless when writing with EA live chat. You're the customer, you
are the king. You are not supposed to know everything.

- Support might ask you what your real location and name is. Just answer with
whatever it was before.

- If support asks you uncomfy questions (e.g. I see your account was already banned
1 week ago) you can dodge those questions by saying something entirely different,
acting like a dumb customer (for example "I just want to play apex pls help").

- Each region handles those cases different. EU most likely asks alot and unbans
faster (at least from what I've seen). India doesn't ask too much, but it takes a
little longer.

- Every EA supporter is different. Some might be behave like a robot, some are
actually nice people. Always be respectful and nice to them. Always blame the evil
guy who "hacked" your account.

- You want the supporter to think that your account was hacked. Get him to the
point where he says that himself.

- Unbans usually take 1-3 days. Fastest unban I've witnessed was a friend getting
unbanned 50 minutes after writing with EA live chat.

- ToS-Team seems to be centralized and the same accross every region.

- ToS-Team does not check for hwid (I don't even think they have access to that).
They can only review timestamps and
other anomalies (e.g. IP login history, changed data and whatever else is
shown in their backend).

- Don't be rushy with multiple case tickets. They will close your case if you spam.
