COC 1 Title: Draft and Cut Pattern of Ladies' Casual Apparel Units of Competency Covered: • Draft and Cut Pattern of Casual Apparel Given the following tools, supplies, equipment and consumables, within 1 Hour, you must be able to perform the following tasks according the industry standards, following legal and regulatory guidelines:
1. Plan garment design
2. Take client’s body measurements 3. Draft basic/block pattern 4. Manipulate pattern 5. Cut final pattern
1. The assessment shall be based on the unit of competency in the
Training Regulations and Evidence Plan and shall focus on the following evidence gathering method:
• Demonstration and Oral Questioning
2. The final assessment result shall be the responsibility of your
assessor. 3. Your assessor shall provide you feedback at the end of the assessment.
