Associate Director - Sales
We are looking for an Associate Director - Sales who will be responsible for business planning,
team building and delivering revenue goals. As a business development leader, you need to
come up with new and unique business development strategies, sales enablement approaches
and set goals and deliver the company’s business goals leading a large inside sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Propose the area wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
- Manage the Territory and the team performances
- Report on area-wise sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual revenue and costs
- Handle the end-to-end sales process starting from Lead distribution to managing the sales
associates. This should be done in a seamless manner with a quality process.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople and setup process for scaling the team
with required quality
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze the market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer
satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Accounts manager or similar senior
sales role
- Preferably same domain or educational sales experience.
- Should have experience in working with a B2C business model with inside sales team
(Mandatory)
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
- Fluency with CRM software
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel as needed
