Any one of the following documents for POA, POI and DOB

Ration Card 5. Driving License 5. Voter ID 6. Govt. Photo ID card / Service photo ID 6. Driving License issued by PSU 7. Government Photo ID Cards 7. NREGS Job Card 8. Electricity Bill (not older than 3 months) 8. Photo ID issued by Recognized Educational 9. Water Bill (not older than 3 months) Institution 10. Telephone Landline Bill (not older than 3 months) 9. Arms License 11. Property Tax Receipt (not older than 3 months) 10. Photo Bank ATM Card 12. Credit Card Statement (not older than 3 months) 11. Photo Credit Card 13. Insurance Policy 12. What if someone does not have necessary documentary proof?

If the Head of Household has the required documents, a ration card or any other document that establishes relationship with, and has the same address as the head of household will do. Even if you have no documents, you can still enroll with the help of an introducer. Introducer can be the one who has original Aadhaar number issued by UIDAI
