ABOUT THE COMPANY

Anagh corporate services Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic organization. We have been in the
industry for more than 12 years in the industry now and we are growing exponentially
as we already have our Branch offices in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur, Head
Office being in Bhopal, location of Basement 1 nimbus arcade near aura mall
gulmohar, Bhopal. Our company is also focused into skills development and working
with IL&FS and GAIL and MPCON.

As our Moto goes, we recreate, recover, revive, repair, renew, restore and refresh
financial Assets. We started our journey with Axis Bank for Indore & Jabalpur in the
Year 2009 with credit card collections of more than 15 Lacs with only 5 employees
has now grown to over 250+ employees in all locations. And since then, we have
never looked back as we have added so many esteemed clients such as IDBI Bank,
IDFC First bank, Bajaj RBL, Bajaj BL, Retra Finance, Reliance Communication,
IIFL, and MPCON. Government of India has also been our client on various projects.

This would not have been possible without our dedicated team of over 250 people who
are working rigorously with our Trained IT team. Our team has been equipped with all
modern tools & techniques as we have over 80 Wi-Fi enabled workstations which is
attached with IT Infra and telephones setup.
Since our Commencement, we have resolved for over Rs. 2.50 Cr. Of stressed assets
portfolio and over Rs.1 Cr. Sale of assets effected in the year 2009 in a single account.
Not only this, since our Inception, Pure Consultancy Solution Pvt Ltd Has Handled
more than 200 SARFAESI Accounts till date. Now, with more than 150 physical
repossession and over 150 auctions of Vehicles (Cars & tractors) are conducted
successfully.

IN HIGHER EDUCATION,BHOPAL.

I started on 21 February 2024 to 15 March 2024 at Anagh corporate under HR and


Managing Director : Shalu Shrivastava Ma’am.
INTRODUCTION

This report delves into my 25-day work experience in the field of Operations
Management , highlighting the tasks I performed and the skills I developed during this
period. I will provide an in-depth breakdown of each task and their interplay in the
recruitment process. This extended report aims to explore the complexities of modern
recruitment and the role I played in ensuring a smooth journey for candidates.

Week 1: Introduction and Orientation (5 days)

Days 1-2: Attend orientation sessions, learn about company history, mission, and
structure.

Days 3-4: Receive an overview of operational processes.

Day 5: Familiarize with software and tools used in operations management.

Week 2: Shadowing and Observational Learning (5 days)

Days 6-7: Shadow experienced managers, observe decision-making processes.

Days 8-9: Assist in documenting standard operating procedures.

Days 10-11: Analyse production data and identify areas for improvement.

Week 3: Project Involvement and Hands-on Tasks (5 days)

Days 12-13: Participate in ongoing projects to optimize supply chain.

Days 14-15: Assist in inventory management and reconciliation.

Days 16-17: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Week 4: Evaluation and Reflection (5 days)

Days 18-19: Self-assessment and reflection on performance.

Days 20-21: Receive feedback from supervisors and discuss areas for improvement.
Days 22-23: Document key learnings and prepare for knowledge transfer. Days 24-25:
Finalize internship report, wrap up tasks, and conclude the internship

INFORMATION ABOUT WORK DONE WEEKELY

Week 1: Introduction and Orientation

Activities:

Orientation Program: Participated in a comprehensive orientation program


conducted by the HR department. This included sessions on the company's history,
mission, core values, and organizational structure.

Operational Processes Overview: Received an in-depth introduction to Anagh


Corporates' operational processes, including production, supply chain management,
inventory control, and quality assurance.

Tools and Software Familiarization: Underwent training sessions to become familiar


with the software and tools used in operations management, such as Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) systems, inventory management software, and project
management tools.

Challenges:

Adjusting to the new work environment and understanding the intricate operational
processes of Anagh Corporates posed a significant challenge during the first week.

Week 2: Shadowing and Observational Learning

Activities:
Shadowing Senior Managers: Shadowed experienced operations managers to
observe their daily routines, decision-making processes, and problem-solving
techniques. This hands-on approach provided practical insights into the complexities
of managing operations effectively.

Process Documentation: Assisted in documenting standard operating procedures


(SOPs) for various operational tasks, including production processes, inventory
management procedures, and quality control measures.

Data Analysis: Engaged in data analysis tasks related to production output, resource
utilization, and supply chain performance. Analysed data to identify trends, patterns,
and areas for improvement within the operations department.

Challenges:

Grasping the nuances of operations management in a real-world setting and effectively


applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios proved to be challenging.

Week 3: Project Involvement and Hands-on Tasks

Activities:

Project Collaboration: Actively participated in ongoing projects aimed at optimizing


the supply chain network and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborated with the
operations team to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process
improvements.

Inventory Management: Assisted in conducting physical inventory counts,


reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory records. Played a key role in
ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stockouts.
Vendor Coordination: Communicated with vendors to track the status of incoming
shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely delivery of materials and
components required for production.

Challenges:

Balancing multiple project tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
and accuracy presented a significant challenge during the third week.

Week 4: Evaluation and Reflection

Activities:

Self-assessment: Reflected on my performance and the skills acquired during the


internship. Identified strengths, weaknesses, and areas for further development in the
field of operations management.

Supervisor Feedback: Engaged in discussions with supervisors to receive


constructive feedback on my work and performance. Received guidance on areas of
improvement and suggestions for future career development.

Knowledge Transfer: Documented key learnings, insights, and best practices


acquired during the internship. Prepared materials for knowledge transfer sessions to
share with future interns or team members.
Key Learnings and Challenges Faced:

Complexity of Operations: Understanding the intricate operational processes of the


company can be challenging, especially for interns who are new to the industry.
Navigating through different stages of production, supply chain management,
inventory control, and quality assurance requires a comprehensive understanding of
the organization's workflows.

Adapting to the Work Environment: Adjusting to the fast-paced and dynamic work
environment of a corporate setting can be daunting for interns. They need to quickly
acclimate to the company culture, organizational structure, and communication norms.

Technical Tools and Software: Familiarizing oneself with the software and tools used
in operations management, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems,
inventory management software, and project management tools, may pose a challenge,
especially for interns with limited technical expertise.

Decision-making under Pressure: Operations management often involves making


critical decisions under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations. Interns may
find it challenging to handle such scenarios, requiring them to develop effective
problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Operations management requires close


collaboration with various departments, including production, procurement, logistics,
and quality control. Interns may encounter challenges in coordinating efforts and
communicating effectively across different teams to ensure seamless operations.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analysing large volumes of data related to


production output, resource utilization, and supply chain performance can be
overwhelming. Interns need to develop strong analytical skills to extract meaningful
insights and make informed decisions based on data-driven analysis.

Time Management: Balancing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines within the
constraints of a limited timeframe can be challenging for interns. They must
effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and
organizational goals.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Receiving constructive feedback from


supervisors and peers is essential for personal and professional growth. Interns may
face challenges in accepting feedback positively and implementing suggested
improvements to enhance their performance and skill set.
Conclusion:

The internship in operations management at Anagh Corporates has been a


transformative learning experience, providing valuable insights and practical skills
essential for a career in this field. Throughout the internship, I encountered various
challenges, including navigating complex operational processes, adapting to the
corporate work environment, and mastering technical tools and software. However,
these challenges also presented opportunities for growth and development.

By actively participating in projects, shadowing experienced managers, and


collaborating with cross-functional teams, I gained firsthand experience in optimizing
supply chain networks, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
Additionally, engaging in data analysis tasks enabled me to identify trends, patterns,
and areas for improvement within the operations department.

Feedback from supervisors and self-assessment sessions facilitated reflection on my


performance and skills acquired during the internship. This feedback loop allowed me
to identify areas of strength and areas for further development, guiding my
professional growth in operations management.

In conclusion, the internship at Anagh Corporates has equipped me with practical


skills, industry knowledge, and a deeper understanding of operations management
principles. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the company's success and
am confident that the experiences gained during this internship will serve as a solid
foundation for my future career endeavours in operations management.
