Booking Policy:
Guests must settle the total bill upon reservation and send a copy of their receipt here and
wait up to 3 Business Days for our Financial Department to validate the payment in order to secure
bookings.
Security Deposit:
There shall be a security deposit of 2,000.00 per room upon check in to cover any loss or
damage inside the room if there’s any during check out. If there’s none, it will be fully refunded
after checking the room.
Smoking cigarettes and vaping are not allowed in guest’s rooms and public areas.
Designated smoking areas are available. Guests are subjected to government sanctions and hotel
cleaning fee of PHP 5,000 if non-compliant with the Executive Order No. 26
It’s a pleasure to have you with us, and we are delighted to be of service to you during your visit. To
ensure your stay both relaxing and hassle free, we listed below some useful information and
important guidelines.
> Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon as we need enough time to
prepare rooms for our arriving guests. Also please take note that your room key(s) are
automatically programmed to expire at 12:00 noon
> Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability so we do appreciate your understanding
if your request can not be accommodated. Automatic charges will apply for early check-in and late
check-out that have not been pre-approved which is half of the room price from the published rate.
- If cancellation has been made, the payment will not be refundable rather it will be re-
bookable or consumable.
> We will only allow accommodated guests who are properly registered. Your visitors should
approach the Front Office for registration and may be allowed to stay inside the hotel until 10:00
pm only. Otherwise, an additional extra person charge will be applied.
> As a courtesy to other guests, we strongly discourage annoying or loud noises inside the rooms or
the hotel premises after 10:00 pm.
> Smoking is prohibited inside the room, pool and restaurant. There are designated smoking areas
in the hotel.
> We do not allow bringing of food and drinks inside the hotel and restaurant due to food safety
reasons. Our restaurant is open from breakfast until dinner time (7:00 am – 10:00 pm). We also
have a Resto Bar to serve you alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
> The hotel accepts guests traveling with pets. Only two pets are allowed per room for an extra
charge and the guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet. Pets must be
leashed in the common area. Due to hygienic reasons, we only have 2 designated rooms with your
pets – Junior Deluxe Pet Friendly Room Number 106 and 107.
> Hotel and room amenities including key card are provided for your comfort. Please make sure
you surrender them upon check-out. Corresponding charges will be imposed for any lost or missing
hotel and room amenities.
> Hotel registered guests are permitted to use guest facilities including swimming pools. It’s our
policy that all guests must shower before entering the pool. Swimming pool is open from 7:00 am to
10:00 pm. Proper swimming attire is highly encouraged, please refer to our Swimming Pool Rules
and Regulations. A fine amounting to Php1,000 for not following Rules and Regulations especially
not wearing proper swimming attire.
> We are not responsible or liable to any loss, misplaced, or damages of guest’s personal
belongings. We serve the right to deny or reject any admission or to require a person already
admitted to leave the hotel, without refund or compensation for failure to comply with any of the
house rules and regulations.
> Guests who were qualified to re-book should follow their new booking date. You are only allowed
to re-book once. No show on the said NEW BOOKING DATE IS STRICTLY NON
REFUNDABLE.
> Any guest who fails to follow one of the house rules, the management has the right to ban the said
guest.
