2.3 Earth wire

In order to ensure that machine use stability, Avoid electrostatic the effects
on the machine.
Must install earth for machine and make sure earth well.

2.3.1 Build earth

Ø With 2.5 m copper wire inserted 1.5 ~ 2 m deep underground,


irrigate salt water.
Ø Using copper metal contact pipe and the pipe have fresh water
Ø Joint Angle of 40 cm in 50 kg of salt water bucket.
Note: Please use humidifier at dry indoor.

2. Install Machine
The installation of the hardware system can consult our video file for details。

2.1 Foot install

2.1.1 Install the support leg and foot

Figure 2.1.1.1 figure on the left (machine) on the back shows the left leg and
left foot separation diagram, which is marked with blue line where the screw
joint .Figure on the right side (positive) machine shows the left leg and left foot
connection good rendering, including the foot bolt hole direction of the arrow
mark on the outside of the machine (namely the left foot to the left, right foot on
the right), the right side of the support legs, the right foot with the left side of the
installation.

2.1.2 Install the tension rod

Figure 2.1.3.1 (machine) on the back shows the tension rod installation, and
has been installed around the supporting leg and foot.The tension rod fixed
screw, each side has four 2 connect the front of the support leg, the other 2
connect the supporting leg medial side.

2.2 Foot connect the print platform

Platform will be printed on the foot frame with screws.

2.3 Install ink system

2.3.1 Install of ink cartridge

First remove the plastic cover from the ink transfer head, intercepting section
hard tube, insert remove the plastic cover from the ink cartridges (as shown in
figure 2.3.1.1)

2.5 Drink ink for print head

First make all ink damper full ink


1.Use syringe to drink ink for ink damper(Figure2.5.1.1)and bend the same

colour of the ink pipe(Figure2.5.1.2),make sure you can drink ink out.

2. Connect the ink damper to print head
Drink ink to print head. Turn on machine and click “Cleaning” key, select
auto-cleaning
When finish auto-cleaning, click “Test” key and check the nozzle state.If not
good ,you can try again

3. Software install

3.1 Usb driver install

3.1.1 Connect the machine and PC by USB cable. Turn on machine.PC will
show setup1(Figure 3.1.1)

l Direction key——In Idle mode,the left and right key can move the print head ,the
up and down key can move the mater ;In Main menu mode, the up and the down
can move the cursor on the screen.
l Function ——Enter the Main menu .

l Return or End——Cancel and return to the top Main menu.

4.2 Print

n Dirction ——Adjust the direction of the print ,Unidirectional printing


precision is high,Bi-directional printing speed fast , the default is
Bi-directional.
n Speed ——Speed :High 、standard 、low . the default is High .
n Color Thick ——Adjust C、M、Y、K each color ink density ,The
numeric value is higher ,the ink volume is larger ,the default is 40
(non-professional workers do not modify).
n Mask layer ——Adjust the printing accuracy ,The Mask layers
higher ,The higher the precision ,the printing speed low ,the default of
High .
n Wave——7 Wave,wave0~5 machine fixed;wave6:user-defined wave.

4.3 Nozzle Test——Through the print color piece, check nozzle state.

4.4 Clean

n Auto cleaning ——When the nozzle plot is not very well or nozzle out
of ink ,then use the Clean functions;Automatic ink drink, wipe nozzle,
ink spit cleaning..
n Manual ——Separate the functions of automatic cleaning, Use these
three functions respectively.
u Drink
u Wipe
u Spit
u Drink 30s
n Spit pos——Setting the spit position and the Nozzle plot position ,
The adjusting range is 0~255,The greater value of Spit position is
more close to the platform.
n Car Wipe pos——Setting the Wipe position,the adjusting range is
0~100, There is the horizontality distance the print header with the
Wipe. The greater value of Car Wipe position is more close to the
platform.

machine, and printing auxiliary functions
System ——Check system information, and to set printing auxiliary items.

u Restore Default ——The car moving, automatic testing machine

Ø Nozzles mode ——Used to select effective type machine,
compatible with single nozzle, double nozzles, Up and Down
cap station machine. Up and Down cap station machine, you
will need to hold the "Exit" key , then you can modified .
Ø Nozzles enable ——Used to select effective print head ,
compatible with single nozzle and double nozzles, up and
down cap station machine. up and down cap station machine,
you will need to hold the "end" key , then to modified .
Ø Car sensor ——up and down cap station machine setup :
“Style A” for new carrier board with double print head ;“Style B”
for single print head . “DISABLE” without position sensor set,
need to restart the printer.
Ø Car move ——Braking mode setting, " Style A " smooth type;
" Style B " strong brake type; " Style C" is strong smooth
enabled, B mode to improve the printing speed of machine,
need to restart the printer.
Ø Media run mode ——"1" for the new high-speed step motor
1/8; "2" default; "3" for old slowly step motor 1/8; "4" old 1/16
step motor, the board upgrade to high-speed version firmware
the default setting is "3", the factory default Settings for the
new machines "1".
Ø Media run dir ——"A" move media to forward ; "B" is the
reverse, change the paper direction

n Localization
u Work mode ——Select Manual ,Auto-Power on ,Auto-Every
Job ;Manual : move the carrier to Manually locating
datum ;Auto-Power on: Senior the edge of paper at power on ;
Auto-Every job :- Senior the edge of paper at every job.
u Automatic set ——Select Auto-Power on ,Auto-Every Job,
Adjustment range is 0~250,Adjust Automatic set .The greater of
value, the Automatic set bigger .。
u Manually Set (Paper size)——Set manually cutting the custom
paper size.

to flash once,Avoid long time print use a single ink. It is can lead to
spit bad for Other colors of ink .The greater of value,print more
Swathes. Default 16。

Ø Fan out ——Adjustment range is 0-15,Adjust the suction
strength ,the bigger the value, the stronger the suction.
Ø Heat out ——Adjustment range is 0-15,Adjust the heat
strength ,the bigger the value, the stronger the heat .
Ø Work mode——Select the heat mode, the Default is Auto .
u Clean strength——Adjustment range is 0~15,Adjust clean
strength .The greater of value, the Clean strength stronger .Default

n Auto spit——setting range: 0~240,The printer stay in the idle
situation,The time of the nozzle keep wetting ,Default 30 minutes. The
bigger the value is the longer time.
