1.1 GENERAL INTRODUCTION

The following is the March/April monthly Progress Report for the PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINISTRATION BUILDING OFFICE TO BE BUILT AT
VWAWA (MBOZI) DISTRICT COUNCIL PHASE ONE, the report is prepared so
as to inform about activities conducted on site on month March/April 2024.
Description of works;
Works comprise;
1. SUBSTRUCTURE WORKS WHICH INCLUDE; (EXCAVATIONS,
SETTING OUT, SAND FILL, BLINDING CONCRETE FOR PAD
FOOTINGS, STRIP FOUNDATIONS, FOUNDATION WALLING
AND HAULING OF SELECTED FILL MATERIALS) = Done 100%
2. SUPERSTRUCTURE WORKS WHICH INCLUDE; (STEEI FIXING
FOR COIUMNS AND BEAMS, FORMWORKS (for columns, beams
and slabs + strong room), CONCRETE WORKS FOR COIUMNS,
STRONG ROOM, BEAMS, STAIRCASE AND SIABS,
EXCAVATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF WASTE WATER PITS
(Septic and soaking pits) AND ROOFING WORKS), = Done 50%
