4.1 Introductory

The teacher will pair the learners. She will give each pair a coloring sheet and a
puzzle to form. Afterwards, she will call each learner to show their work to the
class and name it as well.
Pair 1: lapis and iro
Pair 2: eskwelahan and bata

4.2 Activity The teacher will narrate a story to the class entitled “ Si Rena ‘’

Si Rena

Si Rena usa ka buotan nga bata. Momata siya og sayo para andamon
ang iyang mga gamit sa pagtungha. Pirminti niyang susihon kung anaa ba
sa iyang bag ang papel ug iyang duha ka lapis. Iya kining patalhan sa
5 minutes
iyang mama usa siya mulakaw. Sa dili pa siya molakaw, iya usang pakan-
on ang iyang pinangga nga iro. Dili usab niya hikalimtan ang pag-amen sa
iyang mama ug papa usa molakaw.

4.3 Analysis The teacher will then ask these questions:

Tubag: para naay reserba kong mabonggo
7. Unsa man ang iyang buhaton sa dili pa molakaw?
Tubag: pakaunon ang iyang iro
8. Unsa man ang dili hikalimtan sa dili pa molakaw?
Tubag: mo-amen sa iyang mama ug papa
9. Sa imong tan-aw, asa man kaha padulong si Rena?
Tubag: sa eskwelahan
10. Nganong nakaingon man ka nga sa eskwelahan siya padulong?
Tubag: kay nagdala man siya sa iyang bag, lapis ug papel
11. Ang pulong na Rena, mama, papa, bag, lapis, eskwelahan ug iro,
matawag ba kini nato ug mga pangan?
Tubag: matawag
12. Unsa nga klase sa pangan ang mga pulong na Rena ug mama?
iro? bag? lapis? ug eskwelahan?

4.4 Abstraction Classifying Words into Persons, Places, Things and Animals

The teacher will let learners to go outside the classroom. She will then ask,

Posibleng Tubag: maestra, estudyante, tanom, ug uban pa

The teacher will collect all their answers and discuss that naming words can be classified into
10 minutes person, animal, thing and place.

The teacher will introduce the game entitled “Say and Spell”
4.5 Application The teacher will show a picture. Then, she will call a learner to say and spell the
