2. Service Provider representative or the contractor personnel who conducted the activity shall report the results right after the activity at least via SMS and/call. This report contains the
accomplishment after the activity and optionally, the contact of the person/site coordinator which assisted your activity.
3. An email of site pictures including installation must be provided at least five (5) working days after the activity.
