Synopsis For SAULOG FESTIVAL.

TIME.LINE.. 2023. MILLENIALS.

Years ago Our Brgy. Taloto Is known for Its TINAPAY DISTRIBUTORS. NOT JUST before
But Until Now.. our Tinapay Production Is Still out in the Market And some are Exports for all
over the world..

Our Presentation. Is all about the Making and Livelihood for TINAPAY MAKING..
As well as A Celebration for A THANKS.GIVING dance Offer to Snr. San Jose for Giving us..
wonderful blessings.
And Also Until now. TINAPAY PRODUCTION is Still Alive..

The Tinapay is a sweet Golden Brown Pastry Sprinkled with White Sugar.
It can be in Square. Or Circular shape. Originally it is in SQUARE SHAPE in 4 layers but today
it only has 3 to 2 layers due to ingredients constraints.
Uses a specialized tracers "trinsas" to fasten the edge of each square of the Biscuit thus
preventinh the layers to open.
Baked in old brick oven "pugon"

The Craft Of Baking. At the age of 12 and has Been doing it as a means of Livelihood for 70yrs.
Already usually she baked the Product during Fiestas of our Baranggay and of our Major
Towns. In the province and upon order from her Various Costumers. She is consider as the 4th
generation maker /baker basing on our Counting from her great Grandmother who was also a
"Manonopas".
