The document discusses connecting a Google Form to a Google Calendar so users can select available appointment times from a dropdown in the form. It recommends using the Form Ranger add-on which allows linking the two but does not automatically update availability. HI VP - you can use an add-on to achieve this.

Form Ranger is often mentioned and there is a video which gives a short demo on how to set it up.

Unfortunately Form Ranger does not automatically update the available appointments based on the
Google Calendar.

I am looking for something that does something like this:

read the Google Calendar for the available time slots
update the available appointments in the Google Form
once the client fills the Google Form and picks a time the Google Calendar is automatically
updated
and the loop repeats.

Thanks for the extra information I am not aware of a individual add-on that has this functionality so
you may need to use more than one.

If you try searching for "Form to Calendar" on the marketplace you may find one or a combination
of apps that would achieve this.
