As we stand at the threshold of celebrating the 13th consecutive year of exemplary final
placement achievements, the Placement Committee of the Indian Institute of Management
Rohtak takes immense pride in presenting the Placement Report for the Post Graduate
Programme (PGP) 2022-24 cohort. The accomplishments this year not only uphold our
tradition of achieving 100% placements but also elevate the global stature of IIM Rohtak.

DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE
With immense pleasure and great satisfaction, I announce
that Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, has
successfully completed the Final Placements for 13th batch
of prestigious Post Graduation Program. The 100%
placement of the eligible students and wrapping of
placement activities in a timely and smooth manner attests
to the quality of our students and trust of our recruiters, who
continue to espouse their faith in our dynamic, hardworking,
and ethical students. This placement season experienced

the participation of sizeable number of faithful loyal Director
recruiters and engagement of numerous new companies.
The recruiting organizations spanned multiple domains and offered a wide range of
profiles, attesting to the ability of our diversified pool of student talent to cater to industry
needs. It is hoped that our students will walk in the footsteps of their seniors from earlier
batches and contribute to the progress of their organizations and the nation by
contributing effectively in their various job roles.
IIM Rohtak emphasizes the all-around growth and development of students and
implements a robust and immersive corporate interaction process for its students,
incorporating management summits, leadership lecture series, workshops, live projects,
industrial visits and certification programs. It also has one of the lowest fees among IIMs,
making it a top B School with an exceptional return on investment. The exceptional
student experience and learning is only possible due to our experienced and dedicated
faculty members, who mentor our students and provide them the most realistic educational
and training experience. Our faculty members are amongst the best in country in terms of
research output and executive education experience.
In the current year, the institute established partnerships with over 70+ new recruiters,
such as Airtel Payments Bank, Bloomberg, Decathlon, Dell, Havells, HSBC, IDBI Bank,
Innover Digital, Kirloskar Oil, LTTS, Maruti Suzuki, Mother Dairy, Pramerica, TATA AIG,
and Yokohama. I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to our recruiters for their
continued trust in the ability of our students. I thank all the stakeholders for their constant
support and encouragement. I also congratulate the placement committee, who worked
round the clock for the successful completion of the entire process. In conclusion, I
emphasize that IIM Rohtak remains committed to fostering the finest management talent in
