    IV Employees State Association, addressed to the
    High Court.

    The Andhra Pradesh Judicial Class IV Employees State Association,


    Chittoor, represented by its President and General Secretary, has brought
    to the notice of the High Court that the Field Assistants and Process Servers
    are attending to implement the Civil Court Orders i.e., attachment of
    Properties , proclamation of sale and effect the General Notices by way
    of TOM-TOM (Dandora), the Advocates are paying Batta of Rs.70/- for the
    same, but in these hard days, no one could come to affect the TOM-TOM
    with the petty amount of Rs.70/-. Hence, the Association requested the
    High Court to enhance the Tom Tom charges to Rs.200/-.

    The High Court, after consideration of the request of the A.P. Judicial
    Class IV Employees State Association, has decided to enhance the
    “Tom Tom” charges with respect to attachments and sale proclamation in
    civil cases pertaining to Subordinate Court to Rs.200/- in the place of the
    existing charges.

    All the Principal Disffict Judges/Unit Heads are, therefore, requested


    to enhance the Torn Torn charges with respect to attachments and soie
    proclamation in civil cases pertaining to Subordinate Courts to Rs.200/- in
    the place of the existing, charges.
