The study included 176 men and 224 women with an average age of 39.79 years who were affected by various types of psoriasis. A quality of life assessment found that 86 participants were relatively affected and 314 were highly affected, with the 18-35 and 36-60 age groups and males being most impacted. Participants with little to no education and who used traditional medicines or had other health conditions for less than 5 years also reported poorer quality of life.

Result

The study sample included 176 men and 224 women. The mean age of this study was 39.79
(17.17)years. The participants were affected by plague psoriasis ,sebopsoriasis , scalp psoriasis,
palmoplantar psoriasis, pustular psoriasis. In health related quality of life 86 are relatively
affected and 314 are highly affected.From total participants age group of 18-35 and 36-60 were
highly affected by psoriasis . And the sex male is mainly the factor. In educational status
participants who have no formal education ,and who attended primary and secondary school are
highly affected. In participants that use traditional medicines , who have comorbidity and the
duration of disease <5years are main factors for the poor QoL among the participants.
