Purpose of this Document

This document is created to illustrate the Saviynt automation process for checking and updating
the primary SMTP email address for the newly onboarded users.

Who Should Use the Document?

This document should be used by:

 IBM Identity & Access Management Specialist Saviynt – BAIN.

User Manager Certification

1. To create a campaign, click on

2. For User manager certification, while creating the campaign the type of certification is
selected as ‘User Manager’.

4. There is already a template saved.

5. Click on Create now for launching the campaign

6. Click on Save template for future use.

7. For any user being terminated, we need to enable the option as below:

8. Once the campaign is launched, we can start certification as below:

9. While the campaign is launched, email will be sent to manager regarding the same.

11. We have multiple options for the employee status which will be selected by manager as
per requirement.

12. Select the option and click on next at the bottom of the page to check for the access
part.

13. Once the access part is reviewed and marked as certify/revoke/consult, we can Finish it
by clicking on Finish access Review and the certification will be completed/locked.

14. If we revoke the access/account, the remove task is created in system.
