COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participants may consult these Terms and Conditions on landings.laliga.com/atleticodemadrid

throughout the duration of the Competition. If you have any queries about the mechanics of the
Competition, please don't hesitate to email [email protected].

NAME AND PURPOSE

LaLiga Group International, S.L. (hereinafter “LaLiga”) with NIF: B-05421805 and registered offices in
Calle Torrelaguna 60, 28043, Madrid., is the organiser and promoter of the “Atlético de Madrid
Experience” competition (hereinafter , the “Competition”).

LaLiga will organise the Competition.

LaLiga is holding the Prize Draw with the intention of promoting and marketing its products and services,
where all those who have correctly signed up can participate, in compliance with the provisions of the
THIRD clause of these Terms and Conditions. Specifically, a random draw will be held among all those
who have participated and who have met the aforementioned requirements.

The Competition will be governed under the following clauses:

FIRST. - CONCERNING THE GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND TIMESCALE

There will be no territorial limits for participation in the draw.

The draw will start on October 2, 2023.

The draw will end on October 21, 2023.

SECOND. - CONCERNING THE PARTICIPANTS

Only those meeting all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions may participate in the Prize
Draw.

The following people are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw:
- People under 18 years of age.
- LaLiga and Atlético de Madrid employees, executives or board members.
- Second-degree relatives of LaLiga and Atlético de Madrid employees, executives or board
members.

THIRD. - METHOD OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

In order to participate in the prize draw, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

1. In order to participate, the entrant must enter the website landings.laliga.com/atleticodemadrid

and access to the Prize Draw.

2. All entries that do not meet the above requirements will not be considered valid, and therefore
will not be eligible for the prize.

3. The Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in any way associated with,
Twitter or any other social network on which the Prize Draw may be promoted. You disassociate
yourself entirely from Twitter.

Participation in the Prize Draw is free of charge, so no fee will be required to enter and win the prize
that is the subject of the Sweepstakes. Only one entry per person and/or registered user will be
allowed.

Erroneous or incomplete participations, or similar cases, that have taken place outside the
participation period or that do not comply with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions will
not be valid.

FOURTH. - ACCEPTANCE

Participation in this Competition implies the participants' acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions
provided in this document, which must be complied with, and any claims as to the Terms and
Conditions waived.

FIFTH. - COMPETITION DRAW AND DECISION

The draw will take place on October 21, 2023 among all those who have participated correctly and
have fulfilled the conditions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

The selection of the winner of the draw will be randomly selected. At the same event, 2 alternates will
be selected, in the event that one of the winners cannot be located as stipulated below.

The decision of the draw will be final and will be communicated to the winner via the email address
used by the user to participate in the draw and will also be announced via LaLiga Fans.

Each of the winners will have a maximum period of 24 hours from their notification to accept the prize
and communicate it to LaLiga in the manner indicated. In the event of acceptance, LaLiga may request
all the information and/or documentation that it considers necessary to accredit compliance with the
participation requirements set out in these Rules and other applicable regulations, as well as any
other additional information and/or documentation that LaLiga considers necessary. Failure to submit
the required information and/or documentation will result in disqualification from the prize draw and
loss of status as a Winner.

In the event that no response is received within the indicated period, if the winner refuses to accept
the Prize or does not comply with the requirements of these Rules, LaLiga will withdraw the condition
of Winner, awarding it to the first Substitute, who will become the Winner. In the event that it is not
possible to contact him/her within 24 hours, or that he/she rejects the Prize or does not comply with
any of the requirements of these Rules, he/she will also be eliminated, with the second Substitute
becoming the Winner and so on up to (2) alternates. LaLiga assumes no liability whatsoever to the
persons who have not responded.

SIXTH. - PRIZE

 The Prize Draw, whose prize consists of a unique experience for two people, for the LaLiga Atlético de
Madrid – Villarreal match to be played on the weekend of November 11, 2023. This experience will
consist of:
 Trip and stay in Madrid for two people covering a maximum prize amount of €2.500.
 Two VIP tickets for the Atlético de Madrid vs Villarreal match.
 One FanPack with Atlético de Madrid merchandising
 Enjoy a private meeting with Atlético de Madrid players (to be determined and depending on
the final result of the match).

The Prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any other item, either in cash or
in kind.

Waiver of the Prize will not give any right to any indemnity or compensation whatsoever.

The Prize will be delivered to the Winner via the email address used by the user to participate in the draw,
and will be published on LaLiga Fans.

The Winners of the prizes must assume the legal obligations that correspond to them in relation to
obtaining the prize in accordance with current law.

The prize will be awarded to the winner on a personal basis and may not be transferred or assigned to third
parties, whether free of charge or not. The Prize shall not be exchangeable for money and may not be
replaced by another prize at the request of the Winners. If the Prize is not accepted by any of the Winners,
it will be forfeited and non-refundable. LaLiga reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another similar
one with an equal or higher value, for any supervening causes that justify it.

LaLiga will not be responsible for circumstances that prevent the enjoyment of the Prize in the event of
force majeure or fortuitous events, or for causes that are not attributable to it or that are beyond the
control of LaLiga (for example, prizes consisting of travel, flight cancellations, lack of valid personal
documentation for travel, etc.).

This Draw and/or the Prize may be declared void. To accept the Prize the Winner authorises:
I authorise LaLiga to fix, record, broadcast, disseminate and publicly communicate recorded images or
photographs in connection with the enjoyment of the Prize Draw, and the reproduction, in whole or in part,
of such images or photographs either individually or in conjunction with other images, photographs or
drawings, without time or geographical limitation, and without the right to any compensation or
remuneration from LaLiga.

I assign to LaLiga, without limitation, my image rights in relation to any recorded images or photographs
taken of me in connection with the enjoyment of the Prize Draw.

SEVENTH. - TAX OBLIGATIONS

The Prize will be subject to current tax legislation and the winner must assume the applicable tax
obligations in connection with receiving the Prize.

If the winner is a resident of Spain and the value of the prize awarded for the purpose of tax deductions
exceeds €300, the corresponding tax payment will be LaLiga's responsibility and will be paid by LaLiga in
accordance with the applicable rates as of the date of accrual of the transaction. The tax payment will
not be recovered from the winner, being assumed by LaLiga, consequently, said payment will mean a
higher value of the prize in kind received by the winner.

If the winner is not a resident of Spain, it will be necessary to consider their tax residence to determine

the tax treatment of the prize under applicable current tax legislation. For these purposes, and if
applicable, the winner must provide a certificate of tax residence for the purposes of the Convention
signed between Spain and the winner's country of residence to avoid double taxation.

Likewise, and where relevant, LaLiga will send to the winner, in accordance with the aforementioned
regulations, the corresponding certificate of tax deductions and payments.

EIGHTH. – LIABILITY

LaLiga reserves the right to remove any participant that defrauds, alters or disables the proper functioning
or the normal and regulatory course of this Competition.

LaLiga reserves the right not to accept someone's participation in the Competition if they do not comply
with the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

LaLiga likewise reserves the right to invalidate the entry of any users who attempt to participate through
fraudulent means, or for fraudulent or illegal purposes. The foregoing is without prejudice to the
appropriate legal measures that could be taken according to the particular circumstances.

LaLiga shall be exempt from any liability to the participants if this Competition needed to be cancelled or
suspended due to force majeure or as required by law, a situation that would be appropriately brought to
the attention of the participants.

LaLiga is exempt from any liability with respect to any incidents that are beyond its control that might arise
affecting the participants and the prize winner.

LaLiga will under no circumstances be held responsible for media coverage of the Competition and, in
particular, of the personal data and images of the participants and/or the winner, consequently, it is
exempt from any liability in connection with any potential complaints made by the winner, participants
and/or third parties arising as a result of the opinions and/or statements made and/or the use of images
and/or personal data by the media in connection with the Competition participants and/or people that may
appear in said images.

LaLiga accepts no liability for any kind of damages that, despite the security measures taken, may arise due
to the improper use of the services and content by participants

NINTH - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The participants in the prize draw undertake and are responsible for ensuring that they have the
appropriate permission and/or are holders of the intellectual property rights or image rights of the same
with which they participate in the prize draw and grant LaLiga the use and exploitation of the same for the
maximum time permitted by law.

TENTH. - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE WINNERS AND PARTICIPANTS IN THE DRAW

The personal data of the participants in the Prize Draw will be treated in accordance with the provisions of
the Privacy Policy, the aforementioned Policy being a separate document from the present Legal Bases, and
said personal data will be deleted when the indicated deadlines expire.

ELEVENTH. - MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LaLiga reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the draw, partially or totally. In the same
way, LaLiga is empowered to, at its discretion, resolve any contingency not foreseen in the Rules, based on
the spirit and purpose of the same.

TWELFTH - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

LaLiga organises this prize draw in good faith, in such a way that it will not be responsible for possible losses
or damages produced by the participation of any person in the prize draw, or with respect to the enjoyment
of the prize by the winners, for causes that are not attributable to it. By participating in the prize draw,
participants release and hold LaLiga harmless from any liability arising from claims that may result from
their participation in the prize draw or enjoyment of the prize.

THIRTEENTH - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

These rules are governed by Spanish Law.

LaLiga and the participants in the promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the
city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

LaLiga reserves the right to take legal action against those persons who carry out any type of act that could
be considered manipulation or falsification of the prize draw.
