2. Monthly Savings:
- Monthly average Electricity cost: ₱25000-₱30000
- Expected monthly electricity cost with solar power set up: ₱0.00 - ₱1000.00

3. Return on Investment (ROI):

- Save at Least ₱25000 per month ROI is 3 years
- For long term consideration, items included have a warranty of 3 years and 25 years lifespan

4. Maintenance and Upkeep:

- Monitoring and Cleaning of panels is the basic maintenance
- App included to monitor real time usage of system

5. Risk Assessment:

- Energy prices can change but in most cases, it always goes up.
- Storm and Calamity. Panels are replaceable if damaged.

Conclusion:
- With a financing from a bank for the ₱1000000 for example with 10% annual interest for 5
years, payment will only be around ₱20000/month. Using the funds to set up the solar panel
system where in ₱0.00 to ₱1000 will only be paid per month for electricity moving forward. The
monthly payments allocated for the energy consumption is drastically decreased.
- No brownouts
- If energy stored is more than what is used, the energy can be sold to tenants for profits.

Additional Considerations:
- setting up an easy access to the panels for maintenance
- When in the 24hour day period is the highest energy consumption.
- Upgrading the solar system setup in the future.
