Turn off the product and leave it for 2~3 hours when the red signal comes, then
temperature is going to normal. Turn on the power and check the condition of the
product.

1.15 The heat dissipation

The cooling condition requirements for safety operation include information concerning
the heat dissipation during normal use : the maximum heating dissipation of ZEN-7000
is 750 W (225kJ(300kHU)), the minimum distance 50cm between the x-ray room wall
and the ZEN-7000 should be guarantee to make sure the good dissipation condition of
ZEN-7000

1.16 The mode of operation

The mode of operation – where appropriate, together with maximum permissible

ratings : continuous with intermittent X-ray loading

- 60kV, 3mA
- Loading Time : 1 min
- Waiting Time : 10 min

This device should have wait time of 10 Minute after two exposure for
protection of tube.

Continued use without cooling may damage that X-ray tube and gives
extremely high temperature on the tube assembly.

1) CPU (U1)
Works as Central Processing Unit, controls other components on OP board and
works with Video and Sound core as SoC type.

2) Main Memory (U2/U3)

Is used as memory for the calculation of CPU and can be used as storage by window
C OS control.

3) Sub VIDEO output (U4/U5)

OP board has 2 kinds of VIDEO output. One is connected to LCD(800x480) as main
output and the other is connected to analog DVI connector through U4/U5 as sub
VIDEO output. It makes possible to use general monitor with DVI connector.

4) Flash Memory (U12)

Works as storage on OP board such as hard disk on PC. System Image(OS image)
is stored on Flash Memory and transferred to main memory on boot straping.

5) Sound Amplifier (U14)

ZEN-7000 makes its sound by Sound Amplifier only.

6) Ethernet (U18)
It is emited from CPU core. Ethernet uses CS8900A controller and makes network
connection through J14 connector on OP.

7) RS-232 (U19/U20)
Assists 3 general connections and 1 debug connection. It connects ZEN-7000 to
other
serial apparatus through 3 pins(RX/TX/GRN).

8) Main LCD
Is the main control display of ZEN-7000 through J5/J6/J8 connector, which supplies
touch input and output image.

9) USB (J10/J11/J12/J13)
Connects keyboard and mouse through USB 1.1
ZEN-7000 supplies 2 USB slits, which are Type A for general purpose and Type B for
debugging.
