Sit/Madam, I am directed to invite yot GUG/Exam/2023/14021 dated 19-12-2023 on Principals of the affiliated colleges were requested RLA issues related to all semesters. In this regard, it is to inform you that majority of the RLA/Result issues reported to the branch have already been resolved. Moreover, pending dmc’s up to the May-June 2023 examination has already been issued to the concerned colleges. Keeping in view of the larger interest of students, the University has decided to clear all the pendency related to results/dmec’s of the students by the end of March 24. You are therefore kindly requested to report all the pending RLA cases/pending dmc’s pertaining to the students of your colleges up to 26.03.24 to the examination branch so that the same may be resolved by the target date. Further, no such requests of pending dmc’s prior to May-June 2023 examination will be entertained by the University after 26.03.24. This is for your kind information.
