Who is our target market as Virtual

Executive Assistants?
As Virtual Executive Assistants, we are a Jack and Jill of all trades meaning we can easily
provide a wide range of services to any type of executive out there. We are not confined by just
one niche or expertise. This is our advantage because we can reach out to a wide range of CEOs
and business owners from different industries.

Here is a list of our potential clients:

C-Level Executives from Silicon Valley

 these executives are very young but are very successful

 most of them are already used to the work-from-home setup and would definitely
welcome the idea of hiring a Virtual Executive Assistant
 you can find most of these executives through LinkedIn

Doctors

 doctor’s usually have assistants in their clinics but would need help with their personal
lives
 a Virtual Executive Assistant to help them with their household, travel, and inbox will get
them to hire one
 we can also help them a lot with maintaining good relationships with their family and
friends by reminding them on birthdays, and helping them purchase gifts
 doctors are very busy people with limited personal time, so having a Virtual EA who can
help them have more personal time is a plus
 you can find doctors on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

Lawyers

 same as doctors, lawyers do have assistants and associates who help them with their work
stuff, but would need someone to help them with their personal lives
 you can find lawyers on LinkedIn

Influencers

 most of them will also already have personal assistants or managers

 but there is still a market to target up and coming influencers to hire Virtual Executive
Assistants
 you can market yourselves as someone who can do managerial work for them as well as
their personal assistants
 instead of them getting a manager who gets 10% from their earnings, they can instead
hire Virtual Executive Assistants who they can pay on a monthly basis. A win-win for
both influencer and VEA (influencers get 100% of their talent fees, VEAs gets a high
paying client)
 you can manage their calendars and inbox, as well as travel
 you can find these influencers through Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Chefs

 chefs are, low-key, rich individuals

 they are also very busy with little to no social or personal time
 they definitely do not have an assistant or only very few of them has
 offering your expertise in calendar, inbox, household, and travel management will be a
big help for a chef
 their work hours are similar to that of doctors and lawyers
 you will find chefs on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and possibly on YouTube

Real Estate Agents

 real estate virtual assistants or REVA are actually a niche on its own, but we can
definitely offer our services as VEAs to these professionals
 though we need to learn a new set of skills if we would like to offer cold calling in our
job description, we can still attract real estate agents to hire as VEAs
 we can offer our expertise in inbox, calendar, travel, and household management
 we can offer our services to help them both their professional and PERSONAL lives
 you can find real estate agents on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. I
believe they are also starting to grow a following on TikTok

Small Business Owners

 these pool of professionals is a huge market

 you can find different types of small business owners such as but not limited to:
o wedding and event planners
o photographers and videographers
o florists
o plumbers, electricians, locksmiths

you have a lot of competition in the market
